Making a stop in Cheboygan on his 2024 Michigan Notable Book Tour, Smolens will discuss his most recent novel A Cold, Hard Prayer. The Mt Pleasant Peggers (club #329), a Mount Pleasant Cribbage group, meets every Wednesday at 6:15 p.m. at The Shepherd Bar & Grill, 324 W. Wright St, Shepherd, MI. The Mt Pleasant Peggers are always welcoming cribbage players of all ages and ability for their nine game sets. Enjoy a fun time with other local cribbage players and grab a bite to eat from the grill.Our club is part of a national organization called the American Cribbage Congress (ACC). There are roughly 200 clubs across the country that make up the ACC's local Grass Roots division. Being part of the ACC means the club plays by a standard set of rules, so if there are any questions about how something should work there is always an easy way to get questions answered.Please join us if you have played Cribbage or would like to learn the game.
